Artist Statement
This piece emerged from a period of intentional reduction — a move away from dominant gestures toward something more measured and deliberate. The red form acts as an anchor rather than a statement, allowing surrounding space and structure to carry equal importance. The intention was clarity without force.

Composition & Balance
The composition is built around asymmetrical balance, with intersecting rectangular forms creating depth without visual noise. The central axis stabilizes the image while allowing subtle shifts in alignment to remain visible.
