Returns & Refunds

Each artwork available through Terry James Studio is produced individually to order.

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

When contacting us, include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of any damage (if applicable)

If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with consumer protection regulations.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
