Description

Central Volume is a structured abstract composition organised around a suspended geometric core. A three-dimensional cube anchors the centre of the work, framed by layered panels and sweeping arcs that intersect and overlap across the surface. The composition balances solidity and movement, with hard-edged geometry softened by curved forms and textured fields.

A restrained palette of warm golds, muted creams, deep teal, and subtle red accents creates contrast without excess. Fine linear elements trace measured paths across the surface, reinforcing the architectural character of the piece while guiding the eye through its layered depth. Panel-like divisions and surface variation give the work a constructed, assembled presence rather than a purely gestural one.

The square format supports visual equilibrium, allowing the central form to hold weight while surrounding elements maintain tension and flow. The composition reads clearly at both close range and from a distance, with structure and surface detail working in balance.
